Fallon Charleton is passionate about creativity and nature. She loves camping, fishing, and hiking with her family and her sweet pups. She enjoys creating learning spaces full of imagination, creativity, and hands-on activities. Fallon and her husband, Chris, have been married for 11 years, and together have a daughter who is 8, and a bonus daughter who is 16 years old. She has been at GCA for 5 years, and has worked as GCA Lebanon’s Assistant Director for three of those years, but has been in childcare for the past 8 years. Fallon is passionate in providing a curriculum that is accessible to all learning types, she has first hand experience in not receiving proper learning tools and understands that each child is unique in their academic understanding. She prioritizes letting each child explore their own way of learning, and brings an open mind to GCA’s academic program.
